Crucial shipping options and policies
Subject to availability, orders that are received and processed before noon GMT Monday to Friday are generally shipped within two business days. Please allow an extra business day for orders received and processed after noon or over the weekend (see below for delivery estimates). Crucial does not ship to freight forwarders or hotels.
Shipping within the United Kingdom
Orders placed at Crucial.com/uk ship via UPS in 3-5 business days (Express Tracked-Signed Delivery).
Free shipping orders will be shipped via 5-10 business days shipping.
Shipping outside mainland UK

VAT
As a division of Micron Europe, Limited., Micron Consumer Products Group is required to collect UK VAT (20% of the total order cost, including shipping charges) on all applicable orders. If your company is within the EU, but outwith the UK and you have a VAT Certificate, you are eligible for zero-rated VAT transactions. Orders to locations outwith the EU are not liable for UK VAT but may be liable for local duties and customs clearance charges in the country of receipt. EU Enlargement, May 2004
