Same-day shipping

  • Orders that use Express shipping (2 business days) or Overnight delivery will be shipped the same day if they are processed by 12 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday, (Contingent upon product availability.)

Important shipping information

  • Crucial CANNOT ship orders to PO boxes.
  • Crucial does not ship to freight forwarders or hotels.
  • For shipping addresses in remote locations, actual delivery may take longer than the shipping method indicates. For example, the two business day delivery option may actually take up to 3 business days, depending on location.
  • Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

APO/FPO orders shipped free

APO/FPO orders also receive free shipping. In the ZIP box in the shopping cart, enter your APO/FPO zip code. When you arrive at the shipping page during the checkout process, the city/state/zip code info will be prepopulated with the appropriate information. Also, the APO/FPO free shipping option can be selected in the Shipping Method box.

If you did not enter a zip code on the cart page, you can enter it on the shipping page. Also, select the appropriate APO/FPO option from the State drop down (Armed Forced America/Armed Forced Europe/Armed Forces Pacific). Select Free Shipping from the Shipping Method list and then click Continue. After you click Continue, the Shipping Method list will be refreshed with an APO/FPO option. Select the APO/FPO option and again click Continue.

Weekend overnight delivery

Weekend shipping can sometimes be confusing. While Crucial doesn't make guarantees about delivery times, the chart below can help you figure out when you might be able to expect delivery of your order, assuming the part you order is in stock and there are no problems with your credit card.

Tracking your shipment

When Crucial ships your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number that you can use to track your package through UPS, UPSMI, or FedEx. Depending on when the delivery company picks up your package at Crucial, this tracking number may not be entered into their system until the next business day. That means if your order is shipped late Friday afternoon or on Saturday, they may not scan your package until Monday, and your tracking number may not work until then.

Crucial shipping options and policies

Subject to availability, orders that are received and processed before noon GMT Monday to Friday are generally shipped within two business days. Please allow an extra business day for orders received and processed after noon or over the weekend (see below for delivery estimates). Crucial does not ship to freight forwarders or hotels.

Shipping within the United Kingdom
Orders placed at ship via UPS in 3-5 business days (Express Tracked-Signed Delivery).

Free shipping orders will be shipped via 5-10 business days shipping.

Shipping outside mainland UK
