Why haven't I received a pack list?

We've begun eliminating packing slips from single-box deliveries as an initiative to reduce packaging waste. If you need a receipt for your order, you can always print one in Your Account.

Cannot access order history prior to DR launch:

We have upgraded our e-commerce shopping platform, which means that orders placed on our previous platform are no longer available online. Going forward, you will have easy access to orders placed under your login.
